Last updated 11 October 2026. Draft for legal review

Nox Labs (info@noxlabs.com.au, Australia) handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This page is a draft for legal review before the site goes live with a connected database.

Who collects it

Nox Labs collects the personal information described on this page. The contact email is info@noxlabs.com.au.

What we collect

  • Job applications: your name, email, phone, location, specialty, years of experience, security clearance details, optional LinkedIn URL, CV and optional cover note. One application is kept for each role you select.
  • If you have applied before, you can ask for an email link that fills in the details and CV we already hold. That link is not an account, and it expires after 30 minutes.
  • Whether you are an Australian citizen. We ask this first, and we only accept applications from Australian citizens.
  • Job alert subscriptions, only if you opt in separately: your email address, and any specialty you give us.
  • Enquiries: your name, email and message.

Why we collect it

We collect application details, including your CV and security clearance details, to assess your application for the roles you select and to contact you about them. We share that information with prospective government clients for those roles. We send job alerts only if you ask for them. We use enquiry details to reply to you. We do not sell personal information.

Collection notice

The apply form shows a short collection notice before you submit, in line with Australian Privacy Principle 5. It names Nox Labs as the collector, says the information is collected to assess your application, says it is shared with prospective government clients for the roles you apply for, and tells you to email info@noxlabs.com.au to access or correct it.

Your consent

An application needs a separate consent, which starts unticked: you agree to Nox Labs collecting, storing and using your personal information (including your CV and security clearance details) to assess your application and to share it with prospective government clients for the roles you apply for. We store the time you give that consent with each application. Job alerts are a separate, unticked choice and are not part of that consent.

Where it will be stored

When the site is connected, applications, subscribers and enquiries will be stored in Supabase. CVs will go in a private storage bucket named cvs. The public site cannot read that bucket. Only the admin account, garry.ai@icloud.com, can open candidate records and CVs. Today the forms are not connected, so a submission is not saved.

Job alerts and the Spam Act

Job alerts are commercial electronic messages under the Spam Act 2003. We send them only with your consent, from Nox Labs <jobs@noxlabs.com.au>, with replies going to info@noxlabs.com.au. Every alert includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed people are left out of later sends. You can also email info@noxlabs.com.au and ask to be removed.

Who else sees it

We share your application, including your CV and security clearance details, with prospective government clients for the roles you apply for. Supabase hosts the database. Resend sends the email. Those providers process the information for us and do not use it for their own marketing.

Access, correction and complaints

Email info@noxlabs.com.au to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
